Mental Health Professionals Network Ltd ACN 131 543 229 (MHPN) gives network coordinators and network members permission to use the MHPN trademark logo only under the following circumstances:

The logo must be accompanied by the disclaimer (see below) on all correspondence including, but not limited to:

• Communication to network members regarding network activities and meetings including emails, faxes and letters
• Network meeting invitations/agendas
• Network meeting minutes
• All templates supplied by MHPN
• Promotional materials relating to network meetings
• Correspondence to other clinicians regarding network activity or in recruitment of network members
• Sourcing of organisations to provide financial sponsorship to the network
• Directory of network members for distribution to local mental health clinicians.

The logo may not be used in conjunction with a sponsor, whether paid or unpaid sponsorship, unless expressly approved in writing by MHPN at its sole discretion. Requests for approval will be reviewed and approved on a case by case basis.
