The Mental Health Professionals Network (MHPN) is dedicated to supporting mental health professionals working together in local interdisciplinary networks. 

Here mental health professionals can register their interest to participate in, or facilitate, our MHPN workshops.  There are also announcements, news, regular features and case studies.  Helpful contacts of all MHPN project officers are also provided.

We invite mental health professionals across Australia to use this resource and help foster successful networks.

Facilitators Wanted

The MHPN is searching for facilitators to run interdisciplinary workshops for mental health professionals.  MHPN will provide support and resources to facilitators and will organise participant recruitment and workshop venues.

Association first for Brisbane MH network

A Brisbane mental health network is setting its sights on forming an association by becoming incorporated making them the first of its kind in Australia for MHPN. [read more]

 

 

Coming Soon....

It's the new year and with it brings a new platform in mental health networking.  To further support networking and collaboration between mental health professionals, MHPN will launch its online professional network in the coming months.

Users of MHPN Online will be able to:

  • communicate online with members of your network
  • participate in discussion forums
  • send invitations to network meetings
  • email colleagues and network members regularly
  • link in with existing colleagues and make new contacts
  • share your thoughts and expertise on clinical topics and mental health care
  • build on your current networks
  • search for and join other mental health networks

 

MHPN Online will be accessed through the MHPN website to registered users only.  To become a registered user, visit our workshops page to register for one of our MHPN workshops and receive a login and password. 

If you have already attended a workshop, you'll be notified on how to join MHPN Online  via email in the coming months.  Watch this space for the official launch of MHPN Online!
