Payment was offered to eligible clinicians for attendance at initial workshops.  Please note: payment is not available for attendance at MHPN network meetings.

Participants

Private practitioners who are eligible to provide services under Better Access, and mental health nurses working in private practice, will be paid $150 (plus GST) for their attendance at one MHPN workshop only.  Private practitioners will not be paid to attend subsequent meetings of their local network or for attendance at any other MHPN workshop.  Mental health professionals working solely in the public sector will not be entitled to remuneration.

Once we've received the Workshop Attendance sheet and marked off your attendance, you can log in here to submit your reimbursement request. Go to 'My Workshop Account' from the Welcome Page to submit your request.

Note: If the 'Submit Request' button is not working, we may not have received your workshop attendance sheet. This can take up to three weeks.

Faciliators
Facilitators are paid $500 (plus GST) for facilitating an initial MHPN workshop. This payment recognises the contribution the facilitator makes towards establishing the network that they will, in most cases, partake in. 

Need to claim your reimbursement? Complete the Facilitator Claim form (for those without an ABN).

Please note: The role of the facilitator in an on-going network will be on a voluntary basis and may be shared by others in the network.
