Description: The Government has released a draft Mental Health Bill for public comment. The Bill proposes significant changes to the way people experiencing mental illness are managed under the Act. This meeting is an opportunity to learn about the draft Bill, ask questions, and provide feedback on the proposals. The Bill and associated explanatory documents can be downloaded from the Mental Health Commission website: www.mentalhealth.wa.gov.au. Submissions are due by 9 March.
