Stephan Groombridge is the Manager of eHealth & Quality Care at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). Stephan leads a range of policy, advocacy and quality improvement activities across the RACGP. This includes flagship clinical guidelines, such as the Guidelines for preventive activities in general practice; the development of eHealth; practice management resources; and quality improvement tools such as clinical indicators.

Stephan is responsible for managing the Commonwealth-funded General Practice Mental Health Standards Collaboration (GPMHS), which is the body responsible for setting standards and accrediting training in mental health for General Practitioners. Alongside this role, Stephan is the RAGCP representative for the National Workforce Centre for Child Mental Health (NWCCMH), which is managed by Emerging Minds.
