  1. Visit the MHPN portal registration page and select Register
  2. Enter your preferred email address (this will become your portal username) and complete the required fields, then select Register
  3. You will receive a verification email with the subject title: MHPN Complete Registration.
  4. Select the Create a Password link within the email and follow the website prompts.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email with the subject title: Welcome to the MHPN portal, which means you have successfully registered. 

Important note:
Existing MHPN members who are yet to register for a member portal account should register with the email address that currently receives MHPN emails. This will ensure your existing MHPN membership information and activity displays in your member portal account when you log in, such as network memberships and contact details.

The Sign in button is located on the top right corner of the MHPN website.

Follow these steps to sign in:

  1. Enter your username. This is the same email address you used to register for the portal.

  2. Enter your password. If you are unable to recall your password, select Forgot password to be emailed a link to reset it.
Follow these steps to update your portal profile:
 
  1. If you haven’t already, Sign in to your portal account.
  2. Hover over your name on the top right corner.
  3. Select Profile from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select from the three tabs and update your details accordingly:
  • Personal details
  • Professional details
  • Subscriptions
Once you have made your changes in the relevant fields, select Save (teal button on the top right).
Follow these steps to change your login details:
 
  1. If you haven’t already, Sign in to your portal account.
  2. Hover over your name in the top right corner.
  3. Select Profile from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Change email (purple button on the top right) to change your username.
  5. Enter your new email address in the Email Address and Confirm Email Address fields, then select Save.
  6. Once you have changed your email address, you will need to use your new email address to log in to the Portal.

Before you start

Your MHPN password must:
  • Have 7+ characters
  • Have at least one letter
  • Have at least one number
How to change your password
 
If you are unable to log in to the portal as you cannot recall your password, follow these steps to change your password.
  1. From the Sign in page, select Forgot password.
  2. Ensure your email address is correct and select Reset password.
  3. You will receive an email with the subject: Request for changing your password. Click the link provided in this email.
  4. Input your new password on the MHPN website, then select Reset. A green notification banner will display stating Password has been reset.
To reset your password within the MHPN portal, please follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to your MHPN portal account.
  2. Hover over your username in the top right corner and select Profile from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select Reset password.
  4. Enter your current password, followed by your new password and confirm password, then select Save.
Network members can choose to share their details and areas of specialty with other network members. To change your details and ensure you are part of the directory, visit the Profile section of your portal account and select the Personal Details tab. Scroll down to the Network Directory section and check that you’ve opted in for inclusion in network directories. This is also the place to update what appears in your directory profile.
