16 April 2018  Network Story

What is a Suicide Bereavement Mental Health Professionals' Network?

A group of interdisciplinary practitioners, working in primary care, mental health and other related sectors, who meet voluntarily four or more times per year. Meetings focus on local mental health priority areas or specific practice interests, and promote collaborative practice to better support the mental health of the local population experiencing bereavement from suicide.

Members include psychologists, social workers, mental health nurses, GPs, psychiatrists, OTs, counsellors, psychotherapists and anyone practicing in mental health or related sectors.
